The view from the hotel room was breathtaking and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The hotel was located near Fatehsagar lake, making it a convenient location for transportation. Also, the breakfast and the staff's service were top-notch.

The best part about the hotel is the splendid view of the Fatehsagar lake and the sunset from the lake facing rooms. The food in the restaurant is quite tasty, but the price and quantity were not as good. The breakfast buffet is good, but make sure to include it in the tariff. The service in the restaurant is courteous and attentive. The lobby and attached balcony are well lit, airy, with good views - very comfortable to lounge in.
The reception staff could be a bit less officious and smile a bit more. The hotel has aged, and could do with some renovation of fixtures and decor. Wi-fi connectivity in rooms is erratic and very slow. The food is quite pricey. The quantities could be enhanced.

We liked the hotel for its best location cleanness and good services.
The facility of zet spray in the toilets should be there as the mostly indian uses the same. Lighting arrangements in the room was not so good.

The city view from our hotel room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
Our overall experience was ruined by the noisy room beside ours. We could barely sleep at night due to the loud music and voices, which lasted until the early morning hours.

The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of the surroundings, perfect for a romantic evening. Our room was clean and well-kept, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was also convenient, not too far from the main attractions.
Sadly, our stay was marred by a number of issues. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel boasts a prime location, being situated on top of a hill overlooking the famous lake and close to other attraction places in the city. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from their lake-facing rooms and relax in the beautiful garden restaurant.
Guests have reported major issues with room cleanliness, outdated décor, broken bathroom fittings, uncomfortable mattresses, and poor lighting. Service standards have also been criticized, with some guests complaining about unprofessional and impolite staff.
